La rue qui devait \u00eatre refaite avant les f\u00eates est toujours en vrac. La municipalit\u00e9 ne nous a pas inform\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il y aurait des travaux. C&rsquo;est donc avec surprise que nous avons vu la rue ferm\u00e9e et les engins arriver il y a 7 \u00e0 8 semaines. Selon la responsable du chantier, l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 notre garage devait \u00eatre r\u00e9tablit avant les f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour d\u00e9charger vos affaires lorsque vous arrivez, le mieux est de stationner provisoirement devant la rue. Faites de m\u00eame chaque fois que vous aurez besoin d&rsquo;avoir votre voiture \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la maison. Si vous ne trouvez pas de places de stationnement proches dans la rue, il vous faudra aller au parking El Mirador qui n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s loin. Il y a des places libres, le prix par voiture est de 30\u20ac la semaine. Nous ne pouvons pas r\u00e9server par avance pour vous. Pendant les travaux ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas. Nous n&rsquo;avons pas pens\u00e9 \u00e0 ajouter des lumi\u00e8res automatiques dans le cas o\u00f9 vous arriveriez de tard. Donc si vous arrivez de nuit, merci de pr\u00e9voir un \u00e9clairage personnel, prendre la cl\u00e9 de la porte d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e dans la keybox 1, suivre le cheminement indiqu\u00e9 en rouge. La grande baie vitr\u00e9e sera ouverte (c&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 notre femme de m\u00e9nage). Les interrupteurs pour l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage ext\u00e9rieur sont indiqu\u00e9s sur le plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent locataire nous a inform\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un fauteuil de terrasse a \u00e9t\u00e9 cass\u00e9. Notre technicien Franky passera le r\u00e9parer le 31\/12. Merci de lui r\u00e9server un bon accueil. The large bay window will be open and may be the lights on (that's what we asked Alexandra to do).
